Reliable smoke-free hotel with good value, we had a good stay. The breakfast had plenty of options, including yogurt, pastries and scrambled eggs. Late check-out was useful. Everything perfect.

The breakfast was good hot, the staff was helpful, the grounds were clean. My room was both updated and non-smoking. Everything was great, I loved that.

Cheery staff, elegant bathroom & large beds - all for a very nice stay. I loved my bright room with the upholstered furniture. Lovely breakfast, friendly service. Complimentary drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

The stay was absolutely OUTSTANDING. Fully equipped hotel, panoramic rooms, excellent wi-fi. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. The lobby restaurant was lovely, excellent service. Decent location to a large park.

I had a fine stay. Had wonderful breakfast with custom omelets, yogurt. Everything was brand-new and within 20 minutes' drive of Gainesville Regional airport.

My experience at this casual hotel was terrific. Staff and location were fab and I especially loved that the place was clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was comfortable.

It truly was a GREAT experience. Hotel's not far from main attractions like Bivens Arm. We enjoyed it.

Here we stayed so close to university of florida. Ihop was set 10 minutes walk away. We had access to free Wi-Fi.

One could dine at restaurants such as la tienda latina 20 minutes away. Within walking distance of Bivens Arm Nature Park. The beds were comfy in our room. The free Wi Fi was a cherry on top;)))
